With more than 15 years of experience in digital marketing and leadership, Øystein is Head of Agency for Synlighet’s Trondheim office. He is responsible for business development, client relations, and team management.

Øystein has built extensive experience in strategy, paid media, and analysis, and is passionate about developing holistic marketing strategies with measurable results. He has a unique ability to see the big picture in marketing while still paying attention to the details that ensure the best possible impact.

In addition to a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a background in consulting, leadership, and board membership, Øystein has worked with major brands such as Pfizer, Norwegian, and Visit Norway earlier in his career. He has consistently contributed to increased visibility, stronger brands, and documented results across diverse businesses and markets.
